I provide online support for:

  • Teens (12–18 years) experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, school-based challenges, or behaviour concerns.

  • Adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, procrastination, or major life changes.

  • Parents and caregivers looking for support with parenting challenges, understanding their child’s behaviour, or working through family stress.

  • People starting fresh—adjusting to new environments, routines, or phases of life.

Fees

  • Standard session (50 minutes): $150 NZD

  • Extended session (80 minutes): $210 NZD

  • 15-minute initial phone consult (optional): Free
